I was just wondering what Emotiva does with items that are returned to them within 30days? Do they turn around and resell them as new? Thanks

Yes B-stock. If you are interested call to see what is available.
Examples:
B-stock upa-700 usually go for about $375
A xpa-5 around $700.
Not sure if that is with shipping.
