So through a strange twist of fate, several actually, I am performing a wedding Saturday! I have been forbidden to mention God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. This is tennis with a very high net for an Evangelical Christian such as myself, but how many weddings will I ever ge the chance to officiate? So I am quite keen.
Where I need your help is in coming up with song lyrics to use for the "Sermon." I plan to read them straight, letting the crowd slowly catch on and laugh along until I slip in I Corinthians 13. They won't know what hit them till it is over. So I am looking for song lyrics like love is like a heatwave, like oxygen, it is a many splendored thing, a rose, love hurts, love is in the air, it is exciting and new. You guys get the drill.
