Keith,
I have my UMC-200 ad love it, however, I went to turn on my unit tonight and the orange standby light just flashes purple very quickly and will not turn on. I have contacted tech support through the main page, but wanted to see if yourself or anyone else on the forum have heard of this issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Nathan |

I had the same issue pop up this past January on my then 3-month old UMC-200 unit. Sometimes, when turning on the processor, the power indicator would go from orange to blue then back to orange. I called tech support and they said that it was a common issue of a bad run of power supply capacitors. They replaced a couple of capacitors and re-flashed my firmware to the newest version. Everything has been working fine since the repair.

Mind if I ask how long did your RMA end up taking? I only ask as I just sent mine in for the same problem.
