Radomly the remote stopped working…it is still sending a signal, my little ir distribution box tells me that, but the 120 does nothing. I have powered down, unplugged, put in new batteries, etc. Nothing. Again, i know its working because the ir distribution box lights up every time i send a signal. I know i can call tech support, just thought i would try here first and see if it is a simple fix. thanks

Not sure but on my MMC1 remote there is a reset button, small hole that you would need a paperclip to depress. This is in the interior of the remote near the battery area. might be worth a check

It works off an on..its not a plasma, or batteries or anything like that. Must be a software issue. Just debating at what point i give up and send it back to be fixed. Because it seems to be intermittent it might be very hard to diagnose, and then my HT is down for…who knows…probably at least a week due to shipping alone!

It is the pioneer Pro-151. I'm going to try it on the wrong TV input so the screen will be black and see if that helps. Of course the odd thing is that before the troubles I don't remember any problems with the remote. Oh and I was contacted by support and am going to call them on the phone tomorrow to discuss.
