You have it almost right. But you're lacking a surface for the woofer to bounce the sound off. So put the second subwoofer on top of the first one. This way the bottom sub fires onto the subwoofer. Then put your little dog on top of the top sub. Then you will have three woofers going. Bonus points if you stuff the ports with more small dogs to get maximum woofage.

Hehe, I was referring to the dog he put in the port of his PSA sub a week ago! He actually did this!
