Not trying to start a flame war here, but do the Emo XRCA cables exhibit directional characteristics? I can certainly experiment myself and see, but I'm looking to learn from the experience of others. I just got a pair today to connect my dac to two studio monitors and see no indication that one end goes at any particular place. So, either these cables are not directional, or perhaps Emotiva does not believe that any cables are directional. A number of cable manufacturers make a big deal about which end goes where, and I have some of them.
This is my first post on this forum, so apologies if this such a thread has already been opened and closed. I didn't see one.

Cable are not directional, no. The reason some have arrows on them is to indicate the end where the shield is lifted which can help prevent ground loops. But AC current is not directional.
