Sorry for this stupid question but I cannot figure this out so if someone has the answer I would appreciate it. In the "PARTICIPATED" section on the right hand of the screen is it possible to delete threads that you are not interested in anymore? I have tried several times to make a deletion but I have been unsuccessful.
Thanks

Or are you referring to notification you may get when there is activity in certain threads? That can be changed in the Bookmarks section or Profile - Edit Profile - Notifications.

Probably the only way would be to delete your post in that thread - where you 'participated'. It could be a feature however, like in FB when you make a comment and you then get notified that others made comments - there's an option to 'Unfollow' the thread and you'll no longer be notified. I don't think that's an option in ProBoards, but maybe someone knows otherwise.

No, that's not how "participated" works. It's for convenience to track threads you've participated in, and has nothing to do with bookmarks. (it seems to back to the last 30 threads you've participated in).
You can click on "Participated" and it pops up a window of threads you've participated (posted) in. You can then click on "Select" to select all, none, read or new. You can also click on individual thread names and select the checkbox to the left of the thread name. Next you can choose from the upper right hand drop down called "Actions." Your choices are "Mark as New" or "Mark as Read" with choices for "Read" being "now" "1 day" "1 week" "1 month" and forever.

Thanks for the responses but from all of the answers you suggest I CANNOT delete/erase topics that I have participated. I did not want to delete my response to topics nor the topics themselves, but did want to DELETE from the PARTICIPATED menu topics I was no longer interested in. Sorry if I did not make that clear. Example...wishing Andrew Happy Birthday. Since I longer wish to participate in that thread why is there no way to make a deletion in the "PARTICIPATED" menu?
No big deal if you cannot. But the list of Participated topics will have a constant growth.

Just mark them all "read forever" and then the ones with "New" will show up at the top. Alternatively, just keep participating in new threads till that one disappears .
