hi y'all. I'm trying to re download flac frontend to my computer. (I used to have it on here and got it from the same sourceforge website I'm at now) I click on download "the latest windows installer" but when I choose to, the file name has an "msi" at the end of it instead of the "exe" I am used to. I could have sworn once that someone told me that "exe" is for windows and "msi" is for mac. if I try to download a program that isn't compatible with my operating system it could cause big problems for my computer. so is it ok to download this "msi" installer if I have windows?

That "msi" is a Microsoft installer and is common for Windows programs. You can install just like with an "exe".

.msi stands for "Microsoft Installer" file. No worries Windows will install it just fine!
