Well I just returned from getting my step daughter to Texas state college, it was a grueling long road trip from New Jersey To Texas. I plotted my trip and saw that Emotiva was on the way and only a few miles outta the way. No problem I would stop on my way down to Texas, well things didn't work out like we planned and had to leave on a sat morning early,5am,So I would not be able to stop in Franklin for a visit. No problem, only now I had to convince wife to let me stop on way back. That was easy,LOL,well our trip went well as we drove two cars down and only one came back. We drove from Texas to franklin Tenn. on wed am, we arrived in franklin about 10 pm after driving a grueling 15 hrs. with all traffic and other stops. So we stayed in franklin at hotel over night and the next morning I contacted Emotiva around 815 am, and said I would be there around 9am.I arrived at 9am after getting a good nights sleep. When I pulled up to the buildings I was amazed at how nice and upscaled they were. Not your normal industrial park buildings. I walked in and walked to receptionist, well no was there, I kind of walked around and looked for someone, then finally someone came and I was so excited being there I couldn't remember his name, but the Big Dan walked in, Man he was the nicest guy you would want to meet. For being in charge of such a great company he came up to me and shook my hand and talked with me and was like I was his neighbor, CLASS ACT, its nice to know the person I buy my audio equipment from! You cant do this with Sony,NAD,yamaha, marantz. So then was greeted by numerous Dogs, lol it was like a household. So this salesperson took me around and showed me the 2 channel room, answered all my questions and enlightened me on a lot of things and why they do some of the stuff they do.He was very informed and very tech savay,he knew everything I threw at him. Great guy, I also then got to go into there temp home theatre and get a sampling of the XMC-1,HOLY Crap this thing is almost like the HOLY GRAIL of home theatre processors. The next gentleman showed me things beyond my capabilities, stuff I would have to take a class for, but man he knew his stuff and was great at explaining the things I didn't understand in my kinda language. All I have to say is there office spaces and building is ten times nicer then most of our Homes!, Holy Crap they even had a remote for the Toilet Seat!!All I have to say is if any of you where thinking of getting Emotiva audio equip, DONT THINK TWICE! I am so glad I found this Great Company and can only hope and wait for the next great thing to come from them, these are the nicest down to earth people who value what there customer says to them and about them. I would love to say so many more things from my visit but it was so excited just being there and feeling like I was there number one customer,(which I am far from)this was such a great experience the I hope most all of us can see them this way and to take the time from there busy schedule to talk with me and show me around was just AWESOME!!!Thanks to the sales person that showed me around and the guy in the temp home theatre and to Big Dan and Lonnie who I also saw, you have a great amazing company and thanks for doing all you guys do for us and all the Emotivaiacs!
Thank You Dave Czerwinski

Very cool Dave, thinking back myself makes me kinda sad I never pursued a career into anything audio related, I've been into music since I was a kid and always got yelled at for having my music too loud haha, I was the only one out of my friends that would buy speakers and try different things out, wouldn't it be a dream to work in a place surrounded by what you have a passion for , thanks for sharing your experience. Thanks Dave, it was like being there with you. What a great day and wonderful people to get out fix from. Always nice to know and hear the passion from in counters like yours. I vote for people with my dollars, if I approve of them and their ethics I do business with them. Emotiva time after time has proven to me that my money is well spent!
Thanks again Dave!

Did you leave your wife in the car??? Lol,
Sounds like a great time meeting the fine folks at Emotiva, being ultra timid I felt horrible when the staff where at the NYC Expona show a few years back I didn't say a word to the staff. Perhaps next time.

In a day where just today I had to deal with customer service (of a different company) and by simple experience, DREADED it. I think it's very special to hear abou your visit. This sort of things doesn't just HAPPEN. Either a lot of things have to go right (when do you get to meet a CEO like EVER?) or the company is simply SOMETHING ELSE! Thanks for your thoughts. It reinforces why I have reccomended Emotiva to so many people.

In a world with so many either desperate or totally unimpressed people, it's a wonder and a pleasure to see such a passionate behavior. This kind of attitude move the things, good things, farther.

Sounds like a great visit. How awesome to meet and visit with the owner of a company as big and nice as Emotiva. You're right, that won't happen very often!! Thanks for sharing with us. I do have one question. How did a young girl from NJ end up at TX State?? It's a great university. Our company is building a lot of buildings on campus.
