Speakers are crackling sound from my UPA-700

Hi, my name is Sami
I have 1 UMC-200, 1 UPA-700 and jamo 606 speakers (5.1 bi-amplified)
Everything was great until last when my left front speaker began to do crakling sounds.
I have changed the cables from left to right and the crackling sounds went to right.
These crackling sounds occurs even with no volume and no rca cable plugged
Now I am using the left sourround back speaker as left front speaker but I lost the bi-amplification.
It's not the UMC-200, It's not the speakers and I believe It's not the cables.
Please, anyone could help me what is the problem of my UPA-700.
Any help would be great

If the unit is still being serviced by Emotiva then probably not. If they're no longer servicing a particular model they've said they'll give a service manual to a 'competent' service facility (or some language like that). But that's just what was posted about another model, you should call them to find out the specifics on the unit you're interested in, they may not comment here.
