I've tried several headphones up to 200.00 and nothing can really justify it's price compared to my 25.00 Koss Porta Pro. "Including the B&W P5"
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Are you looking for portability? Do you have a decent headphone amp? I've tried the porta pro. The sennheiser HD600's are better. BUT....you need a decent headphone amp. Not sure if the oppo has enough power to make them worth your while. And also though they are better they aren't anywhere even close to 10 times better. So pricewise, it's not a commensurate leap. But it is better. Also of appeal is the Beyerdynamic DT880 especially because it has a low impedance 25 Ohm version which can be more easily driven than the more hungry 300 ohm senheissers. Neither headphones I reccomended are portable.

My son has Grado SR60 and I used it to watch a couple of seasons of 24. I liked the Grados which is what I use now connected to the USP-1 and a cheap Sony turntable. That said, I'm looking to upgrade to Beyerdynamic DT880 if I can find a good deal.

I had the regular SR80's and I wore those suckers down, they're very airy because of the open baffle/drive thing but I know you can do better for the price.

Just look at my sig and you can tell I'm a Grado fan. But it will only sound as good as the source. Crap in does equal crap out.( usually amplified)

I have a pair of Grado SR80i, and found them to be a bit bright...until I mated them with the Emo DC-1. This was a match made in heaven IMO. Prior to the DC-1, I always went to my Sennheiser HD-598 (these are not in the same league as the Senn HD-600/650). However, the DC-1 made the Grado's shine like never before, and I ended up preferring them to the Senn 598. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I don't like Grados (but I'm in the minority on that) so listen before you buy. I, too, am a fan of the Koss Porta-Pros.

Are their IEMs as well built as their full size? I'm looking for a set that will last for a while. Usually the cords start to fall apart on others I have tried.

While I haven't tried them myself, their product philosophy is to build stuff that lasts. I know that their Remix IEMs were voted CES Editors' Choice 2013 , Best Value Headphone USA Today’s HeadphoneInfo.com - See more at: v-moda.com/remix-remote/#sthash.ajdXFxGB.dpuf.

AKG K240s are very neutral and dirt cheap.

I have a pair of SR80 Grados sitting in a drawer somewhere. One of the connectors came loose. Before this they had very good sound. Over the ears but OPEN. Try before buying. Just got a pair of Sennhesier HD600. My short suggestion is to save your $$$ and buy these excellent cans

Audio-Technica ATH-M50x are very popular and highly rated. I have a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-AD900 that I prefer over my Grado SR80.

I'm a fan of Grado's myself. I have the Alessandro Music series which I believe equates to the 125i's and am very happy with them. They are shy on bass but other than that I haven't really found too much that competes with them in their price range or even higher. I had a chance to audition a wall of headphones at Bay Bloor Radio in Toronto and really did prefer the Grado sound to most of the other cans. I'd probably look for a used pair and save a lot of money. I think I spend $125 for mine.

Sold Grado for years. Nope not a brand bought, and paid for dude. I liked them sure. They are punchy, and fun to listen too. The RS family some of my favorites. I sold a ton of SR-80's over the 60's. Many a time it lead to my customer buying even the upper line Grados. I am curious what refinement the "E" gives me in practice since I am already impressed with the SR-80. I think you could do very well. As always though, a good Headphone amp is a beautiful thing, or at least a good headphone stage from what you are listening from.
