Hi again, I have another A/V newbie question.
So I'm putting together my first HT system, and I got the Hsu Research VTF3 Mk4 subwoofer to go along with the Fusion 8100. I thought I had done all my due diligence, but apparently missed one crucial detail: if I understand correctly, the VTF3 does not have a balanced "sub in," but the Fusion 8100 only has a single, balanced, "sub out"!
How can I rectify this situation? Will I need some kind of Y-Splitter? Will a single, Male XLR to Female Unbalanced 1/4" adapter be sufficient? Does the Fusion 8100 have a balanced sub out somewhere? Do I need to return the sub???

Initial impressions are that it is awesome. I've never had a home theater before, so I guess who knows really, but subjectively there seems to be a really nice synergy between my speakers (Ascend CMT-340 mains and center) and sub. I ran the Auto EQ and was shocked by the improvement, now I want to fiddle with the bass settings a bit...
