I sold and shipped my 200 processor to another member of this forum last week. My unit still had 50 months of the five year warranty left.
Is there a process I need to complete to transfer my warranty to the new owner, or does the warranty simply follow the box?
I want to make sure that he gets the benefit, if needed.

Call Emotiva. I think all you need is the buyer's name, email and mailing address. Once supplied to Emotiva, it's a painless process that they take care of on their end.

Send email to Emotiva customer service; state that you have sold unit and would like warranty to be transferred to new owner. Give your info, and buyers info. CC buyer so they can print for their records. They will reply with confirmation of transfer.

Call or e-mail Emotiva with the sale info including model, serial number, date of sale, new and old owner info, etc. and they will take care of recording the warranty transfer.

Emotiva, again excels in the area of customer service! I've purchased a few things and warranty transfer is painless and fast. ive sent in a " new to me " warranty transferred product and repairs were fast and seamless. Emo service has this one down pat. I always call it in. + 1 for Emotiva service

I sold a piece a wile back and emailed this info to sales@emotiva.com, they quickly made the change and thanked me for my complete information.
