Bi-amping

hello,
I currently setting up My Fusion 8100 and want to bi amp my mains and looking to clear up my confusion.
cut and paste 
"If the Back Channel switch on the rear of the Fusion 8100 is IN, and Front Bi-Wire is set to On

in this menu, then those outputs will duplicate the Front Left and Front Right Main Speaker

Outputs and can be used to “vertically bi-amp” your front speakers (this menu setting takes

priority over other menu settings, but not the rear panel switch". 

do I hook up my speaker to FR-FL or SBL-SBR? or ?

I think pictures are worth a million words. For most of you this was a easy question but I am a beginner and this is my first system that didn't come in one box!
