U series is going away. I think the XPA-200 is getting an update, but please don't quote me on that. Personally, I'd really like a X series lower wattage 4 or 5 channel amp. Maybe 80 to 100 wpc. For hights speakers or future Atmos applications. Atmos may respawn Sherborn type lower powered multi channel amps. Just thinking outloud Big Dan! Maybe they were ahead of their time.  |

The U series as stated is going away
As the year comes to a close, we say goodbye to our Ultra Series product line. We still have our ever-popular UMC-200 preamp/processor and UPA-200 stereo power amplifier in stock, but once they are out, we are out for good. If you’ve been thinking about picking up either of these popular Emotiva products, especially at their low holiday prices, now is the time to do so.

Pretty sure I got one of the last XPA-200s. One week after ordering one they disappeared from the web site.
