I've just become acquainted with Emotiva and the lounge. Hooked up my XPA-5 today and have really enjoyed it.
If I purchase an upgrade card for an XCM-1, can I also use the E-Club 10% discount on top of the 40%?

Doubtful. The wording concerning the 40% card use stipulates 40% off from full MSRP - full price is $1999.
