The specs for Ultra HD Blu-ray have been revealed;

So it should actually say "not all of the specs for Ultra HD Blu-ray have been revealed"

Licensing is expected to begin mid-year, which means the spec will be completely finalized by then.
So it should actually say "not all of the specs for Ultra HD Blu-ray have been revealed"
