I'm thinking the strategy is to flip it. Apple paid an irrational amount for Beats (hardware and streaming) so I won't be surprised if Mr. Z's company will work to increase adoption and then sell.

I think I read 500,000 subscribers. If true doesn't make much sense to sell for 56m.. 500,000 x $20 x 12 months =. $120,000,000 @ year revenue
I probably read it wrong but sounds like a steal if iI'm even close
