That's right everyone. How dare we have a little fun, ever, for any reason. After all, there is bound to be someone who gets offended. Instead lets just all join arms and protest about everything all the time. There really is no other reason to exist. Then again, is it posible our protesting could be offensive to some? I think we should probably not do or say anything ever, for any reason, because anything else is just offensive. I suggest you read my post again. Also, I guarantee that there are many topics that would offend you. If you start a topic that's looking to have fun at somebody's expense, don't whine if they punch back. Can't have it both ways. |

I think everyone should be only allowed one post in political threads, this is mine.
The earth hasn't warmed for 18 years.
This is despite every single United Nations model saying that it would, should, has to, must, is unavoidable.
Every year when it hasn't warmed the people who make lots of money from "climate change" invent some new excuse.
It's going into the oceans, no it isn't say the oceanographers.
It's going into high atmosphere, no it isn't says NASA.
It's going into deep ocean, where we can't measure it. Bad luck, we can measure it and no it isn't.
It's warmer now then at any time in the earth's history, no it isn't say the Paliantoligists.
Every time the "climate change experts" make such claims other qualified scientists in that field disprove it.
When there are more cyclones/tornados it's due to climate change.
When there are less cyclones/tornados it's due to climate change.
There's far too much politics in it, far too much money involved.
History has proven that 2 degrees of warming is far better for everyone than 2 degrees of cooling,
Less people die, plant and animals grow better etc etc.
There are also way too many "experts" with zero climate qualifications, zero climate change experience eg; Bono, Gore, Mansell.
We get told CO2 pollution is bad, but as anyone who has done basic science at high school will tell you, CO2 is what plants feed on.
So they stop calling it CO2 pollution and call it "Carbon Pollution".
I started to get suspicious when they changed the name from "global warming" to "climate change".
Why? Because there was no warming.

Heaven forbid PETA will come a calling... May I suggest a pair of sharp scissors. Lubricated with your own saliva might I add.....oil is precious. Always wear your protective gear, and if you feel endangered around sharp scissors please relate cause to be dealt with by a qualified professional. |

You know why they had to change the name to climate change right....because there were people like you guys who just weren't smart enough to figure out that it doesn't matter if you had the coldest winter in history, that's actually a symptom of climate change and not proof that it doesn't exists. Obviously I know nothing I say will change anyone's mind but seriously...in this day and age? David Suzuki (and others) was warning about this 30 years ago and all you can bring up is Al Gore lol. How can you be so ignorant as to think you know more than basically all the scientists around the world. Let alone the study by your beloved Koch brothers who couldn't even disprove it. Follow the money. Those scientists get grants and funds from Government and organizations that want a certain result. Give the result, get the money. Now does the climate change? Of course it does. It has for millions of years. The last ice age ended abruptly, over just a couple hundred years of time. I'm sure if good old Al or any other climate change proponent would have been there, they would have blamed it on the Mammoth farts. All of this is about money and power. 50 years ago we were going to all freeze in a few decades. 25 years ago and we were all going to roast from global warming. Now it's all about "climate change", because that covers everything. Now it can get hot or cold and the "politicians" can blame it on climate change........and tax us more. Now don't get me wrong, I did agree that the climate does change. What I disagreed with was Government thinking they can do anything about it, except to tax most people and the few "elites" ignore all the things "they" say is happening. Good old AL'S carbon footprint for example. |
