Have a DC-1 hooked up to the XPA-200 through XLR connects and am playing music through my iPhone through the RCA inputs. After about 15-20 seconds the left channel turns off and the light blinks red. I've switched the speakers, changed the wires (correct polarity) and also switched the XLR connects around. Every combination I try has the right channel just fine and the left channel shutting down.
Running out of options....anyone have some thoughts?

If you have some RCA's, try them. Wondering if it is a connector issue with the component.

Does the amp behave this way with no inputs/outputs attached? In other words, disconnect all the cables from the amp and turn it on. Does it still shut off?

Sounds like the connection from your IPhone's headphone out. It might move around a bit causing DC being sent through the DC-1, throwing the amplifier into protection on that channel.

Start here +1 I imagine one of your speaker cables may be touching each other (at the binding posts) OR either the XLR cables or more likely the RCA cable from your iphone has gone bad.
