I'm assuming the Ego's will power an amplifier. That's what I use the Behringer UCA202 for currently, powering the amps in my Airmotive 4's.

The Big Ego has a dedicated, fixed line level output as well as SPDIF optical. This is in addition to the dedicated headphone output.

The Little Ego has a single output which can be used for either headphone and line output.
