Just received my XPA-1L G2's today and was going to wait until my XSP-1 G2 arrived tomorrow (grrrr) to post, but I simply cannot contain my enthusiasm. I have read no end of comments about these fine amplifiers but, still, it did not prepare me for just how wonderful they really are. The pics on the website do not do them justice, and they look pretty darn good there!
I know I am preaching to the choir, but you simply have to see how wonderful these amps are built in person to appreciate them. The circuitry is laid out with laser-guided precision and they look a million bucks! I can only imagine the thrill and beauty of unboxing an XPA-1 or amp from the XPR series.
I am just coming off an over two year stint with a pair of UPA-1 mono's, which I simply adored and that flawlessly drove my Kappa 9's with authority and finesse, so I have high hopes for these new mono's.
As soon as I get my XSP-1 G2 hooked up and cooking with the new mono's, I will share my thoughts...
