Hi everyone.
I tried the EmoQ calibration almost two years ago, when I was running plain stereo system. Since then I got a new home, upgraded my speakers to 5.0 and now trying to re-calibrate the system.
I loaded default settings on my UMC-200, went to Menu => Setup => EMO-Q/EQ and pressed "Emo-Q calibrate". Microphone was connected and it is functional. So when I press "Emo-Q calibrate", OSD blinks, but nothing else happens.
Is there something I am doing wrong? Just in case, my FW version is 1.52.02.39.
Thanks in advance!

I am certain that you would not make this mistake, but I spent 3 hours with the same problem. It was fixed when I moved the mic from the headphone to the mic jack. As I said, I do not expect anyone but me to make this mistake, but just in case. 8)

Thank you Trey! This wasn't exactly my case, but plugging-unplugging the mic few times helped Looks like the microphone jack was too dusty. Thanks again!

One unplugging worked for me. Thank you.

Too bad they didn't use a standard 1/8" headphone jack and it never would be an issue.

Well the markings are small on some products. I use the manual to help guide me as my vision on small print isn't so good. Interestingly the UMC-200 manual is not on the main site at least on the resources channel. Try this if you need the manual. www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/emotiva/umc-200.shtml
