So I would like to travel to exotic places and eat different cuisines but I'm afraid something crazy will happen. Case in point: I often watch Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. He did a episode in the Guanigzhoul, Bizarre the food capital of China. Unbelievable food, fish, sea food, mushrooms, worms, just a table full. He had I'd say easily twenty dishes on the table he obviously had them send out a verity of what was available.
Chopsticks in hand the first item he samples was the starfish. He admitted he had never tasted starfish so that's the first thing he tasted. He ate one of the star points off the starfish as he described how it was prepared. He said it was like eating sand and sea shells. So when the server came out he was quick to tell her that he didn't care fore the starfish. She told him it wasn't supposed to be eaten. It was garnish! Wow! This could have turned out really bad.
