I'd like to add two subs to my system. My pre-amp has only one subwoofer "out" jack. Is it possible to use a "Y" adapter so I can add another sub?

Most sub plate amps have a pair of jacks for L/R inputs and and an output jack for L/R - which is a passthrough for the sub's signal. You can daisy chain one to the other if they are close to each other. Or use the y cable as suggested above.
