Got a couple of those xpa-100 monoblocks , sweet sound!!!, there is a ne5532 opamp on the back panel pcb (where the rca's and xlr's inputs are).
Is this opamp in the input signal path? can it be upgraded ?, thanks for any comments on this...

It sure can!! Click this link and purchase! emotiva.com/products/amplifiers/xpr-1(Sorry couldn't resist.) Welcome to the forum. You'll find we are all a bit nuts here. There was a guy here who was talking about upgrading some emotiva products. I think it wsa highfihoney or lehighvalleyjeff. Can't remember which one. They may be helpful. Upgrading it will void the warranty.

Unless you are good at reading datasheets, you MIGHT want to stick with a BiPolar input device. That's what the '5532 is. I think a slightly better sounding opamp, but FET input, would be the OPA2134.
But keep in mind they are a commondity device. You'll have a choice of dozens which meet your requirements.
IMO? Check with some of the DIY sites. Google is your friend. You'll get plenty of ideas about what people think, than you can, for a couple bucks a try, make up your OWN mind.
Since the amp is NOT a fully balanced design, is it possible the opamp is used to 'convert' the balanced input to single ended for the amp to use? If so, you won't gain anything with its replacement. Unless you use balanced interconnects.

That op-amp is indeed used to convert balanced to unbalanced - so it is in the signal path for balanced inputs but not for unbalanced inputs. HOWEVER, the 5532 is actually a quite respectable op-amp, and it's being used in a not especially demanding low-gain situation here.... Therefore, I wouldn't necessarily expect a different op-amp to necessarily sound better, or even audibly different, in that position. (People have this odd idea that every op amp is going to sound different in every circuit - which is often not at all true.) (I should also mention that removing and replacing parts WILL very probably void your warranty. ) Got a couple of those xpa-100 monoblocks , sweet sound!!!, there is a ne5532 opamp on the back panel pcb (where the rca's and xlr's inputs are).

Good idea, ESPECIALLY about that warranty!
My brief experience with opamp rolling is in my CMOY headphone amp. Given the amount of gain I have dialed in, the '2134 was a great choice.
