UMC-1 Correct Order Of Firmware Files

Hi Guys,

Up until now I've always used the plastic remote with my UMC-1 and never installed the Front Panel Firmware Code that was required for the metal remote. However, I'd like to start using this remote now and also ensure I'm on the latest Firmware version (v7.04.19) for the UMC-1.

While reading the v7.04.19 firmware installation PDF, the first text in red reads:

*DO NOT perform this update if you do not currently use a metal remote with your UMC-1. Please call customer support at 1-877-366-8324 to request a metal remote.
*The following updates will reset your UMC-1 as if it were new from the factory. If you have settings currently saved on your UMC-1, write them down so you can reprogram your unit after the upgrades.

Also, only the following two files came in the related UMC-1_V7_04_19.rar package:

1) DSP1FLASH_v1_04_03_20111012.upg (DSP firmware)
2) UMC-1_v7_04_19_20111117.upg (Decoder firmware)

Interestingly, there is no Front Panel file in this rar package and no mention of the front panel code installation in the v7.04.19 firmware installation PDF.

Can someone let me know what order I should be installing the front panel code and final firmware software files? Also, where can I get copy of the final front panel code?

It looks like what I need is this package as I cannot find it on the EMOTOVA site anywhere.

This surprises me that is nowhere to be fouold as I still have Dynaco Tube AMPS that are over 50 years old and they have not reached "end of Life" as yet.
