Any plans/rumors for wireless speakers to use in overhead applications for new object oriented formats...Dolby/DTS?

I don't think "Wireless" speakers would work well in this application as the speaker would still need AC power which requires a an outlet and thus a wire. Most ceilings aren't already wired with outlets though they coudl be installed. If your going to go through the trouble of installing an outlet in the ceiling, you might as well just pull speaker wire to it (I understand that there are other considerations here). It is going to look cleaner and be more reliable.

Most front projection systems have power in the ceiling for the PJ, as it does in mine...Much easier to run power from that junction than running speaker wire all the way from the rack...
