It's only 11 amp channels and they don't mention Auro 3D (not that I care). The wireless speaker feature is interesting, but will it allow for wireless Amos speakers (requiring essentially 11 different wireless channels) or is the wireless feature limited to one stereo signal for remote room sound? My guess is the later, which is of marginal interest. If all the Atmos channels were to be done wirelessly (and well of course), there could be a lot of interest - attn: Emotiva!

Looks like the $3k and under processor selection just got a bit more interesting. I've read a lot of good things about their ARC room correction software. Their two channel performance in multi channel devices have always been stellar - I would expect this to be no different.
I wonder what the street price will be once the initial rush of fan-bois to grab one slows. Maybe close to the XMC price? IMO competition is a good thing.

This is great news for us canucks Our dollar is sucking so hard that buying south of the border Is no even an option . I once bought a lot of stuff from the south but nothing in probably 18 months. If I get the dolby bug I will definitely have this one on my short list. FWIW it says crafted in Canada whatever that means. Estimated US price 3g wonder what it will be in Canada.

The wireless audio they are referring to is their new line that competes with products like Sonos. www.paradigm.com/wireless/

Anthem and Arcam make some of the best sounding HT processors on the market.

The Aus dollar is in sympathy sadly Will be interested in this pre pro as well as the new Arcam avr's ; especially the class G model which runs predominately in class A and has a separate 4ch power amp to save for hifipig.com/new-av-amps-from-arcam/
