I've been waiting months slowly piecing everything together. The screen isn't here yet but allegedly it's being delivered tomorrow. That will be the real nail biter!

Good stuff man!! I always have a very hard time sleeping before huge projects like this. It's like it was when we were kids waiting to go on vacation the next morning. That Epson throws a very nice image with good contrast. Those PSA subs are outstanding and were very effective for the short time I ran them. Looking forward to pics. Scott

Yes the 5030 hit the mark as far as light output and met a good balance for image quality. It wasn't my favorite choice, but was the most ideal based on it being in a living room. We put up big 10foot paneled thermal curtains, so the projector will useable during the day if we block ourselves in.

Install went great! Speakers sound incredible. I am very pleased with them.
Screen I felt was a bit too big and didn't disappear as I hoped it would. So I'm back to the drawing board and am going to order a smaller size. I'll post pics soon.
Side note: having all of your electronics in a closet is AMAZING!
