I had a Gen 2 XSP-1 a while back and had issues with it so I sent it back. I have been using a Parasound P5 for about 10 months and it will be going back for warranty work for the second time. I need a 2.1 preamp for my system. Thinking of picking one of these up again to try out. A bit worried it won't sound as good and warm as the P5. Anyone out there done a side by side on them?
