Hello,
I am trying to get the HDMI-CEC to work with my new Apple TV, the XMC-1 and a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 plasma TV. I would like to simply turn on all three of these devices with the Apple remote. Can anyone provide a step-by-step instruction on how to do this?
Also, I have XPA-1 amps connected to the XMC-1. How can I get the amps to power on and off with the XMC-1?

So, still having difficulties with CEC on the XMC-1. The Apple TV does not recognize CEC from the XMC-1.
In the set-up menu I have:
Enable - Enabled
Audio to TV - NOT Enabled
Power On - Enabled
Power Off - Enabled
Input Change - Enabled
Volume - Enabled
Do I have these set correctly? Is there another location in the menu that I need to enable? Anyone else have HDMI CEC working with the new Apple TV?
When I plug the Apple TV directly into my TV the CEC works and I can control the power and volume on the TV.
When I plug the Apple TV into the XMC-1 I cannot control the XMC-1 or the TV. Somehow the signal is not going through the XMC-1. I suspect I have a setting in the XMC-1 not set correctly.

Ok, switch the TV HDMI to the second HDMI out (strange) and then on the Apple TV go to Setting->Remotes and Devices and under Home Theater Controls turn Controls TVs and Receivers on. Volume control has to be learned using the XMC remote under Volume Control and Learn New Device. Not as easy to set up as a Marantz but it is set up now and hopefully there wont be any more unexpected problems.
