Not sure if any of those are active Rob. Welcome to the forum. Emotiva already has a line of Air Motive active speakers and they are listed on the site. All of the new speakers posted there are different model numbers so I am thinking this line is passive.

Thanks for sending that link! I was just about to upgrade my college years Polk floor speakers with some new Martin Logan LX16's. I may have to look into these as another option. Wonder when they will become available, article doesn't specify...

Big Dan (Emotiva's owner) has already hinted that a second tower with larger components is also on the way. Sooner rather than later.

Big Dan (Emotiva's owner) has already hinted that a second tower with larger components is also on the way. Sooner rather than later. I think this speaker you are referring to will be later in the year and not with the speakers now being introduced at CES 2016. |
