XMC-1 Firmware upgrade

Hi Keith,
    I did my first firmware upgrade to my XMC-1 according to the instructions. It proceeded as stated and after going into standby mode, the XMC-1 will not go on. 
What is my next course of action?

Call them on the phone.

What have you tried so far?
power switch in the back?, unplug the unit for a while, etc
BTW this isn't really a real time tech support forum, but many users will try to help before you get to speak to someone at their tech department during normal business hours.
