I like the 3 way designs especially for the center channel. Any thoughts from folks on the AMT tweeter? I find I love the AMT implementation on Golden Ear speakers (accurate and I dare say warm) but have been underwhelmed with the AMTs on Martin Logan motion speakers (accurate but rather dead/cold/clinical). I am not sure why they sound so different to me, it might be in my head, but the difference caused me to box up my old Motion C center (it's still somewhere in a box) and replace it with an ML stage. (I have since heard and do not prefer the newer Stage X which has the ML AMT tweeter.)
Thoughts from current powered Emotiva monitor owners on the Emotiva AMT?

Nothing mentioned about the LCR1, but at 4:22 into the video you see it on the display in the background.

I would like 3 of the sound bars SB-1 as my LCR but I don't think that would work.

I could see the sound-bar fitting very nicely in my spare room under my 55" tv.

(I have since heard and do not prefer the newer Stage X which has the ML AMT tweeter.) Thoughts from current powered Emotiva monitor owners on the Emotiva AMT? This from the Stealth 8 page. "Most high-frequency drivers move air by pushing it. There's only one problem with that: output is limited by the mechanical properties of the diaphragm. As excursion increases, distortion jumps dramatically. Our airmotiv high-frequency driver moves air by compression—by literally squeezing it in-between the pleats in its folded diaphragm. The result is that smaller excursions are needed for the same output, which dramatically reduces distortion. You'll hear it in the extreme clarity of the output, and the ability to handle large crescendos with aplomb." I can not get over how clean and natural they sound. When I say natural I mean that like just watching TV with my Airmotiv 5s speakers the higher frequencies of voices just melt into the lower frequencies. I sit right in the middle of these speakers and I have never heard high frequency drivers that disappear in the mix like these. At low volumes or high volumes the imaging stays as Dan says "locked in". I have found a tweeter that I love with my Airmotiv's and will be getting the Passive Line for that very reason. Listen to Dan describe the AMT sound in this video @ 6:30 to 9:45 minutes.
