Got the 3B over the weekend and was listening to it when i picked up a hum when playing through bluetooth The hum is not constant, but like a 'Grinding sound', very much audible without music and loud enough to hear when playing music as well Didn't get the hum when tried with Line input Tried different bluetooth devices without any luck. Everytime the pairing happens the hum appears and stays there
Any suggestions to troubleshoot before calling Emotiva CSR on Monday ?

If the speakers are humming, it means they forgot the words! Seriously, is the hum present in both speakers? Try switching one of the off and then the other to verify if both or only one is affected. If it's only one, then try switching it to the other channel to see if the hum follows or stays put. This will be quite telling. Lastly, try plugging the speakers into other outlets.

Is there another bluetooth device you can try? Looks like a call to Emotiva post-Superbowl Monday is in order.

I've had the same issue. Been using the line input ever since setting them up. I'd like to be able to use bluetooth, but the hum is noticeable. Anyone have similar issues? I haven't contacted customer service yet...
