UMC-1 finally dead?

Had a UMC-1 since they came out, never had any of the major issues everyone else had. Had all latest firmware installed, no big issues, then...

Today, it tries to start, displays "Loading....." screen for 2 seconds, then all lights go off except blue 'power' button light. I tried 5 second reset, tried power switch on back, tried unplugging, all the same result. Nothing has changed with it so not sure what would prompt a software issue. Anyone have any thoughts. I'll admit that it REALLY SUX that this happened the night before the super bowl.

Any help or guidance is appreciated.

Bummer, Run down to best buy and pick a cheap avr to get thru the game.

Sadly, I am trying to make a plan to hook up my old Kenwood AVR. It is pre HDMI but I should be able to get something pulled together with creative connectivity.

As a frustrated statement it is a bit sad that my 15+ year old Kenwood has never once had an issue...
