Hi, Just a question on if I sell my XMC-1 to another person, how will the new buyer utilize Dirac? Will they have to purchase a new license from Emotiva? And if so, does anyone know who much this would cost?

They can purchase a full version of Dirac through Emotiva for $99. "Not the Original Owner?
If you purchased an XMC-1 on the used market, the license for Dirac Live LE for Emotiva is not transferable from the original owner. If you’d like to use Dirac Live capabilities with your processor, you will need to purchase Dirac Live Full.
