Hi Guys,
I am a pretty reasonably happy XMC-1 user, got DIRAC FULL running on it.
But my laptop where DIRAC was installed has bitten the dust.
I have a new computer now; so how do I transfer the DIRAC program over onto the new computer?
My new computer runs WIN 10 and unleaded gasohol.
Any help will be most appreciated.

If you have difficulties, call Emotiva and they can release the old license and give you a new activation code if needed. |

Correct... the license will allow you to install Dirac Live Full on two computers (there is no way to "uninstall" or "transfer" the license). Just call us and we'll reset it for you. Incidentally, if you need a new copy, you can just go back to the EMOTIVA ACTIVATION PAGE. Go down to the bottom, click EXISTING USER, and enter your Activation Code, User Name (e-mail), and password. This will take you back to the download page. Thanks guys, that is just what I needed to know. BUT I am trying to sign on as an existing user, and got my Activation key, I got my email address, but when I put in the password, WHAT PASSWORD?  It does not accept the password for my email address, nor does it accept the password for this site. I went back and found the email I got when I paid for the DIRAC FULL, and there was a username and password there too. NONE work!!! Can you advise what to do next? I hope it does not involve a call from Thailand but will do so IF I have to. Thanks, God Bless, Wayne |

Just like any system, you need to know your password. If you can't recall it, you need it reset.
So, unless one of us can guess your password, we can't help. So, I am not sure what you are asking us for. But if you want us to guess it, I'll start: uh...rumplestilskin?

I have a password that came when I paid for DIRAC FULL, it came with a username which is part (but not all) my email address. But when I try to use that user name, it is not accepted. When I use my email address, it works, but the password is not accepted. Nor is my password for this site, or my email password. My guess is that the place where existing users can sign in, is NOT WORKING. I hope someone will check it out. Thanks and God Bless, Wayne |
