Eclypse, I would send a PM or make a phone call directly to Big Dan in regards to the screw up. He is already dealing with other shipping issues and this will bring yet another unfortunate mis ship adventure to light. I think the more we report these goings on directly to Big Dan, the quicker they can find out the source of their problems. I am glad to hear they promptly took care of you. Enjoy the new amps! I love my XPA7 for movies and music, only one issue which was some hum, but I got rid of the hum... How did you get rid of the hum? Did it finally learn the words to the song? (Sorry...couldn't resist) I've seen that joke before, someone in this forum beat you to it, lol, no seriously, I can tell you how I did, it wa a kind of weird.
