XPA-3Gen2 If only 2 of 3 channels...

Hello all...I have an opportunity to pick up a used XPA-3 Gen2 for a song. I will use it only for 2 rear channels so the 3rd/center channel of the amp will not be used.  Can anyone tell me if I use only 2 of the channels will they pick up any headroom?  I currently use a Carver TFM-35X (250x2)...

I believe so. I remember seeing someone post before that the XPA-3 puts out an extra 50 wpc or something like that when only running two channels instead of three.
