Just wondering if anyone has tried running Dirac Live (LE or Full) on a Mac running El Capitan. I would assume it has been done by now, but i haven't noticed any posts about it.
Still holding on to Yosemite here, waiting on improvement in the user reviews of El Capitan.

Worked just fine for me. It did unexpectedly quit once or twice throughout the process, but it works just fine. I would just recommend saving your project after each mic position just in case it quits.

Some of you who run Dirac Live on an Apple computer with El Capitan may have experienced an issue where Dirac Live fails to recognize the microphone. When this happens, other programs on the Mac recognize the microphone, but Dirac reports that no microphone is present. This ONLY happens with El Capitan, and ONLY on some few machines (and those same machines work fine with Yosemite on them). Dirac is working on a modification to their software that will permanently eliminate this issue. Until then, we have a workaround that should allow Dirac Live to work properly on machines that exhibit the problem. (Note that this workaround involves manually moving some files, and will probably have to be repeated if Dirac Live is reinstalled or updated.) See the attached PDF for instructions.
