I'm assuming you measured when the amps were under high load or were running full class A if they support that?

I should be in good shape then. Since 50 mm equates to about 2 inches, I have a 12 inch pillar spacing shelf to place the amp on which is about 8 inches high, so roughly 4 inches total clearance.
