Hi all, I am trying to buy the full version of dirac and I dont have a log in or activation key due to the fact that I bought the unit 2nd hand. I have tried to purchase via this link but the webpage is asking to select a shipping option but I have an address entered and it wont accept it. Why would I need a shipping option for a program I'm going to download? Thanks

Did you double check to make sure all required fields were properly filled out? It should be just like ordering any other piece of gear but in the end it will be downloaded rather than delivered. If you still have problems then do as Mark suggested and call Emotiva.

When you purchase Dirac Live Full for Emotiva, you're going to get an e-mail with an Activation key - so all that you physically need is an e-mail address. However, you may have problems with the order itself being processed - for example if the address on file with us doesn't match the address on record for your credit card. (Different credit cards and banks may have slightly different requirements there... so, yes, if you have a problem, you should call in and have someone sort it out.) Did you double check to make sure all required fields were properly filled out? It should be just like ordering any other piece of gear but in the end it will be downloaded rather than delivered. If you still have problems then do as Mark suggested and call Emotiva.

Thanks guys, The check out simply wont let me proceed as its says I need to select a shipping option but when I click to calculate shipping cost down the page it says there were problems getting your shipping quote. I checked my account info and the address details are the same so I guess Ill have to call. What times do I need to call between? Is the call center in Franklin Tennessee? I am in Melbourne, Australia which makes me 15 hours ahead. Thanks

They are in Franklin, TN so that is central time. They are open 9-5 weekdays.
