I have a pile of stuff that pushes out squiggly waveforms from smaller squiggly waveforms that sometimes come from 1's and 0's.

It's wonderful to behold as long as you don't let the magic smoke out.

For the most part it just all works...when it doesn't then it's time to rub a few brain cells together and soon enough it's all good to go again.

More choice is a good thing - a have a Marantz with the "Audyssey Platinum suite" and I have yet to like the results any more than I have liked previous Audyssey correction - which is not at all. Dirac seems to get good reviews from the folks on this forum.

I really hope one of Pioneers competitors signs with Trinnov to bring a sub 5K Trinnov home theater receiver or prepro to market - my Sherwood 972 needs a replacement. I love the capability Trinnov brings with the multi-element mic and the results on my Sherwood have always been phenomenal.
