Hi Guys,
I bought the full version of Dirac and spent half a day configuring it. Used a proper mic stand to take the measurements and sent the file back to the XMC-1 successfully.
Problem is when dirac is loaded as a preset on the XMC-1 it tells me there are no subs present? When I check the speaker set up for Dirac there is definitely one there but there is no signal coming from the subs and when I try to adjust the sub trims it says "No subs present". The sub was definitely part of the configuration, there were test tones for it, there was even a separate sub graph with target curve etc. When I swap back to the custom preset on the XMC-1 the sub is back?
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Did you save the project? Maybe you can bring it back up and recreate the filters.

Also make sure the sub(s) are turned on, not on the auro on setting. Sometimes this happens and is hard to diagnose without know this happens. Let us know your outcome! Good Luck!
