This just in - We will also be having a bluegrass band play at Emofest. Not just any bluegrass band, but a who's who of top notch Nashville players. I have a good friend who is putting the group together, and I'll post the members when I get them. Kip (friend) played for Jimmie Martin for years (among a loooooong list of others), and currently plays with the band Apaloosa.

Gym Rules
1. No curling in the Squat Rack.
2. No really, the Squat rack is for Squats.
3. Stop dumping the weights. You picked them up, you can put them down.
4. Unload your bar. You put the weights on, you can take them off.
5. Shut up and lift, please :)_
6. Cell phones..... See rule 5.
7. Stop staring at the women. Seriously its freaking everyone out.
8. Smith machine?,?.?........Really?
9. Stop trying to teach people unless they ask for advice.
