Request 1: implement zone 2 time delay option
Problem: I have an open floorplan house and frequently listen to whole house music with my main speakers/sub providing the majority of the sound, but using zone 2 output to drive ceiling speakers throughout the rest of my house. There is a significant lag in main room audio compared to zone 2, which makes it "unlistenable". I tried both analog and digital sources with no significant difference. I also tried driving my surround amp off the RCA output for my main front L/R speakers, but the output level is too low. My temporary solution was to add a small time delay unit to the zone 2 outputs and set for a 150msec delay. It works, but it sure seems like this feature could be easily implemented into the XMC-1 since it is already processing things digitally (and SHOULD be an included feature, considering the price).
Request 2: implement tone/PEQ options for zone 2
Problem: I'd like to "tweak" the sound coming from my whole house ceiling speakers to cut the mid-range down a little, but can't find any options for tailoring the zone 2 output.
