Look; I've twice enquired about shipping costs for a XMC-1, received a confirmation of email receipt and then heard nothing back. I got bored and bought an Anthem.
I've now (as a last chance) enquired about a Stealth DC-1 as it exactly ticks the boxes I want for that system - Exactly the right inputs, asynchronous clocking on all inputs, balanced outputs, etc, not to mention great price, even though we stuffed our currency by voting out of Europe, but that's another story.....
I check my junk mail etc, but there is no sign of a shipping estimate that would allow me to push the button on previous enquiries, thus my DC-1 enquiry is a last effort.
Am I being a dumb-ass? Plenty of people on my side of the pond are in possession of and absolutely made up with, various Emotiva purchases, but for some reason I can't fathom, I'm not one of them!
I seriously doubt that you're a dumbass, blackbag - I think that yours truly holds that infamous distinction...
I agree with the advice to call them. Normally they're prompt with email replies, and the fact that you're not getting any makes me suspect that their spam filter is somehow blocking them from receiving your messages.
Best of luck - Boomzilla
