I am looking at some Emotiva gear for a new setup at home.
The pieces in question are all Emotiva:
XDA-2
UMC-1
USP-1 (Like the idea of an onboard crossover)
PT-100
The plan is I have 2 input sources 1. A Bluetooth Receiver that is optical out and 2. A Linux audio streaming server with optical out. Both inputs into one of the 4 devices and out to two amplifiers one for fronts (Stereo) and second for subwoofer (Mono using external electronic crossover if needed)
My thought is to use one of the 4 devices as my cornerstone and then out to the amps. I am a little confused on what would be the best fit for this project.
Thank you to all advance for your time and information,
Dillon

Dillon, The XDA-2, UMC-1, and USP-1 are all retired and would need to be bought in the used market.
The PT-100 is a new product coming out very soon, it would give you one optical input, Can you use one optical and 1 digital coax?

The UMC-1 (I think) and the PT-100 both have onboard Bluetooth, not sure you'd need a Bluetooth receiver if there's one built into the units already.

If you need a UMC-1, I have one I'm not using.

Vote for the PT-100, no crossover but you have an output for this use and the majority of power subwoofer have their own crossover and power level volume.

Thanks for that, I couldn't recall if it was just the 200 or the 1 as well.

What's the rest of your setup? Because with the price of all four components it's possible to reccomend something simpler that may be better.
